Customer Service responsibilities

Answer inquiries in our Facebook page and website.

Answer tickets.

Answer calls.

Post updates/event in our Facebook pages.

Manage our Facebook group/community.

Assist in implementing marketing campaigns.

Aspiring Game Caster responsibilities

Live stream matches for our streaming platforms

Run events and giveaways in our channel

Cast live games in Bisaya

Newbies are very welcome

Additional skills that are nice to have.

Adobe After Effects experience.

Website management experience.

Expert in excel and reporting.
